Ordering Information

We offer pick-up for all orders from our shopfront in Port Melbourne, our address is 40 Crockford St, Port Melbourne.

 

It is important to note that our frozen ‘BYO Croissants' range must be kept in a freezer to ensure freshness.

 

All our products are made-to-order ensuring freshness.

We ask you to allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order.

Orders placed before 2:30pm Saturday will be ready for pick-up on the following Tuesday.

Orders placed before 2:30pm Wednesday will be ready for pick-upon the following Friday.

 

We can produce limited numbers of hampers, so please get in touch with us to place your order.

Croissant Baking Instructions
“À vos marques - Prêts? - Partez!”

There are six easy and simple steps to a perfectly crunchy piece of heaven:


Step 1         Preheat your oven to 200°C

Step 2        Place the croissants on a parchment-lined baking tray 3 inches apart

Step 3        Let the croissants rest at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes
Step 4        Place your croissants in the oven and reduce the temperature to 180°C.
Step 5        Bake the croissants for 25-30 mins until they are golden brown

Step 6        Remove from oven & allow for a 15-minute cool-down time before consuming.

“Num, num, num… Bon appétit” We recommend that you sprinkle icing sugar on the almond croissants before devouring them.

 

Do I need to proof the croissant?

“Non, non, non…” Our croissants are ready to bake. They are delivered to you pre-proofed and do not require to be egg washed before baking.

Just let them thaw for 15 minutes while your oven is pre-heating.

 

How do I pay for my order?

Payments can be made either through:

1.Our secure payment system which accepts Visa or Mastercard

Good to note

Our products contain traces of nuts and are not suitable for Persons who are allergic to nuts. If you have allergies other than nuts (such as gluten), we ask that you check the ingredients to make sure that you are not allergic or intolerant to any of these ingredients. ‘Brûlée’ cannot be held responsible for allergic or intolerance reactions.  

The desired outcome of recipes may not be achieved due to several factors, including the sort of oven that you have. Our role is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, your oven strength and follow-through. We cannot predict and we do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual.

We package our bakes as securely as possible, if your products have contactless delivery, we cannot take responsibility for any loss and damage to your products.
